Baymont by Wyndham Iron Mountain

Excellent service, nice remodeled rooms. Breakfast was good but could have some eggs and sausage. Had a great stay and will do again.

I have probably stayed at 100 nights worth of hotels so far for my work and this place is definetly the best price to quality ratio I have found so far. It’s in a great location, has great service, and is the first hotel I’ve found where my room had a mini fridge with a separate refrigerator and freezer compartment. That may sound like a small detail but it is really nice when you’re traveling with food and you don’t want to choose between having your frozen stuff thawed or your refrigerated stuff frozen. Hopefully you get Kanna as your receptionist, he is the nicest front desk clerk I have interacted with thus far at any hotels I’ve stayed at. Super genuine guy who you can tell actually cares about the answer when he asks you a question about yourself, and will put a smile on your face from a short conversation.

We were a last minute check in with 2 dogs. It was really nice to be able to leave the pups there while we went to dinner right next door. Room was clean and the shower had excellent pressure. There were a couple soft spots in the floor, but you'll have that in an older hotel. Breakfast was good.

Ruby was so polite and helpful. I was having a bad day and when I was checking out she completely turned my day around. What a amazing employee.

I travel for work a lot, and we chose this hotel for the price because it was the cheapest we could find in the area. To our surprise it has been the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far this year! The rooms were clean and stocked, the breakfast was hot and delicious, the coffee was good (they even provided flavored coffee creamer rather than the plain stuff), and the staff was helpful, kind, and courteous. If our work takes us back through here we will definitely stay again!

I didn't have any issues at all. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and friendly. The hotel was quiet. Pool was open and comfortable temperature. It is close to basically anything major you would need like gas, snacks, food etc. Our room was updated. Was it a five star room? No, but that wasn't our goal. We wanted a clean and affordable place to stay for the evening and this met all of our needs. I would personally stay here again

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, really nice staff. Location was perfect for what we needed on this trip. Definitely a "save" for the next western U.P. trip.

We are traveling with two service dogs for the Blind. One of the dogs is a bit nervous due to being in an unfamiliar place. The room is very nice, bed quite comfortable. The four star rating is due to the walls not blocking sound, thus waking the dog every time someone was in the hallway.
